• I have voluntarily chosen my Aadhar card/PAN card/any other government ID for KYC.
• I am aware that my information can be used only for Skill Training, Certification, Industrial Employment or Self employment and not for any other purpose:
  • For requirements as per KYC norms of various schemes and policies.
  • For carrying out authentication, using e-KYC facility or any other mode or facility as may be permitted from time to time under the applicable policies of various schemes.
• I hereby authorize and consent to “Kaushal Ganga” to collect, disclose, share, store, preserve and use the information and authentication data and records, as may be required under the applicable terms or for the purposes above or as per the internal requirements of “Kaushal Ganga”.
• I confirm that the information shared are correct and pertain to me and I shall not hold “Kaushal Ganga” or any of its officials responsible in case of any incorrect information provided by me.
